1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Torbay Tailored Transfers. We may request confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
2. Pricing
Fixed airport prices and estimated fares are provided for guidance. Final prices are confirmed at booking and may adjust for route changes, waiting time, or extras requested by the passenger.
3. Payments
We accept card and bank payments. Business accounts may be invoiced monthly. Receipts are issued electronically.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur charges. No-shows or late changes after driver dispatch are chargeable in full, including waiting time and parking.
5. Waiting time & parking
Reasonable waiting time is included for airport pickups with monitored flights. Additional waiting and parking are chargeable at cost.
6. Passenger conduct
Seatbelts must be worn. No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances. Excess cleaning or damage will be charged to the booker.
7. Luggage & child seats
Please advise luggage volume and child seat needs when booking. We will confirm suitability of vehicle and any additional charges.
8. Delays & circumstances
We are not liable for delays outside our control (traffic, weather, incidents). We will communicate promptly and propose alternatives where possible.
